NALAS Branch Albania, the lead partner of “EU for Municipalities” project is looking for a Municipal Liaison Officer to provide quality services in the areas of liaising with municipalities to present the project opportunities, coordination between the project and Associations of municipalities and the local governments in Albania as well as support in organizing and delivering project events.
The candidates should be transparent, accountable, and exceptional in how they manage the tasks entrusted to them and who commit to deliver excellence in program results.
The EU for Municipalities project via sub-grunts grants will support the development potential of municipalities in Albania and support the improvement of local public infrastructure and services.
This project is implemented by NALAS, CO-PLAN, the Institute for Habitat Development and ECOPartners for Sustainable Development and the Association for Local Autonomy.
The evaluation of the candidates will be conducted as follows:
