Main Objective
Contribution to the integration and social inclusion of the peripheral and vulnerable areas of Shkodër Municipality.
Main Activities
- Rehabilitation of the infrastructure of QKMF and the surrounding green area.
- Furnishing and equipping the nursery and garden areas and the corresponding toilets.
- Assessment of needs and analysis of deficiencies in terms of services to be established.
- Assessment of needs and analysis of deficiencies in terms of the capacities of the municipality’s staff to provide these services.
- Training of staff who work with vulnerable or at-risk individuals and groups.
- Peer-to-peer access and support between CSO field staff and municipal staff.
- Comprehensive activities offered to young people, members of vulnerable families who are treated or receive services at the QKMF.

Main results
Establishing a multi-functional community center and providing services to 500 community members who benefit each year, in an undeveloped and informal area of Wards 1 & 2 of Shkodër Municipality.
A nursery and kindergarten for children in the premises of the QKMF building with a capacity of 150 children and beneficiary families.
Youth development program and activities for 150-180 youth improving their soft skills; educational and entertainment activities.
6 visibility events and activities, promoting the values of the EU, integrated in the QKMF, with the participation of 200 people/young people.
7 municipal staff capable of working with vulnerable and at-risk individuals and groups.
