12 April/ Networking Meeting between Municipal EU units from Albania and South-East Europe

The Networking Meeting between Municipal EU units from Albania and South-East Europe “Preparing for the Future” took place in Tirana on 12 April 2022, in the framework of the ‘EU for Municipalities’ (EU4M) project funded by EU.

The meeting was organized by NALAS, the Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South East Europe, as coordinator of the project “EU for Municipalities”, in partnership with the project “Municipalities for Europe (MfE) 2.0”, Albanian Association of Local Autonomy and Association of Albanian Municipalities.

The peer learning and knowledge sharing event brought together municipal EU experts and practitioners from Albania and member Local Government Associations from South-East Europe. A particular focus was dedicated to sharing good practices on strengthening the capacities of municipal EU integration officers and preparing for the future accession, including the management of EU financial
support.
