The youth, children, and the entire community of Fushë-Arrëz welcomed and celebrated the inauguration of their town’s new multifunctional center. This center will provide social services to sixty members of vulnerable and marginalized groups.
The EU Delegation Representative to Albania, Marie Augouy, and Mayor Hil Curri cut the inaugural ribbon in a festive atmosphere.
The Team Leader of the “EU for Municipalities” Project, Elton Stafa, Deputy Team Leader Entela Pinguli, and Deputy Mayor Mikel Qafa visited the Center’s new premises and had conversations with the young people who will be the frequent users of this newly refurbished facility.
The audience was engaged in an artistic performance of youngsters, with the assistance of the Kreo Organization.
The center in the Municipality of Fushë-Arrëz was reconstructed as part of the “A Unit for Assessment of Needs and Referral of Issues (NECRU) Service for the Community” Project, funded by the European Union through the #EU4Municipalities grant scheme.
